• Yes, poop is still disgusting in the winter.  Dogs can still bring disease into your home in the winter.  The Poopbusters try their best to get to every scheduled service in the wintertime. Delays may be possible due to inclement weather, but the team ensures its best effort to get there on time.

• Unfortunately no, due to weather, traffic, and other circumstances makes it hard to guarantee an exact date and time. But, we will try to work with clients on a case-by-case need.

• No, The Poopbusters does not.  We double bag your pets waste after every service and put it into your trash can. 

• Yes, we sterilize our equipment after each yard serviced. We also utilize latex gloves, shoe covers, and eco-friendly and pet friendly disinfecting agents. 

No, you do not have to be home.  Please ensure access to your yard is available and a team member will take care of the rest.  Team members will secure and gates or fences if they open them.
